UC is Sweden's leading business and credit information company. Their growth model reviews Swedish companies and singles out those showing strong and sustained growth. Only a minority of the country's companies qualify.
The assessment is based on factors including:

- Growth in number of employees
- Equity ratio
- EBITDA margin
