A set of annual accounts is never better than the bookkeeping it rests on. We work on both, and on the advice that takes over once the figures are settled.

We prepare the year-end closing, the annual report and the tax returns, and make sure each one is filed on time. The figures are walked through with you before anything is submitted, so you know what they say and what they mean for the tax bill.
We handle accruals, depreciation, stock valuation and work in progress, and reconcile every balance sheet account against its supporting documentation. Where an item calls for a judgement, we explain the options and what each one leads to rather than deciding quietly on your behalf.
We prepare the annual report under K2 or K3, whichever fits your company, draft the directors' report and file with the Swedish Companies Registration Office. For a limited company the report has to reach them within seven months of the end of the financial year, and we plan the work backwards from that date.
The corporate return and its schedules are prepared alongside the closing, together with the owner schedules that decide how dividends are taxed. We recalculate the preliminary tax for the year ahead at the same time, so you are not left with an unexpected balance.
We agree a date for when the material should be with us, based on your financial year end and the filing deadlines that follow. Companies that send everything in one batch in the final week get a rushed closing, so we would rather set the rhythm early and keep to it.

Foreign companies with goods moving through Sweden often become liable to register for VAT here, even without an office or staff in the country. We step in as your representative, handle the registration with the Tax Agency and keep the ongoing returns on time. Where goods cross the Norwegian border, we take the customs questions together with Tullfokus.
Source documents, invoices and bank transactions are handled digitally, with a fixed routine for when material needs to arrive. Each period we reconcile balance sheet accounts, VAT and payroll taxes, so errors surface as they happen. You get reports you can act on and a named contact who knows the business.
Questions about company structure, pricing and investment are best answered with your own figures on the table. We break profitability down per assignment, work through the calculation before a larger purchase and look at what a change of ownership means. The advisory work is led by a certified business adviser.
We go through which company form fits, prepare the documents and register the company with the Companies Registration Office and the Tax Agency. Founders without a Swedish personal identity number usually need a coordination number first, and we flag that step early. After that we help you get going with a bank account and the first accounting period.
We take in time reports and variable items, calculate the net pay and prepare the payment file for the bank. Employer declarations at individual level, occupational pension and insurance are reported every month. Holiday pay and supplements are set against the collective agreement that applies to you.
